Major Responsibilities:

- Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and a-live clients.
- Maintaining customer relations.
- Providing feedback to Supervisor/ Head on customer’s needs/feedbacks.
- Preparing and generating reports/relating customer’s queries.
- Researching into customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
- And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.

Salary and Benefits:

- Basic Salary + Guaranteed Overtime + Skill Allowance

Others:
- Working schedule: 10 hours a day, 5 days a week with 2 days off, minimum of 30 days annual leave and monetary incentives for perfect attendance
- Either day or night shift depending on the CS Department Head
- Will undergo 3 months probationary period including training (one on one with the trainer), once he/she passed the evaluation, he/she will become a regular employee.
